What a complete disaster. This place is perfect if you LOVE getting phone calls/emails from vendors about bills the company owes, dealing with the credit card being declined (CEO/CFO love to blame AMEX lol) and worrying if you'll have a job in a few months. Despite having over 20 Hondajets, only 6 are flying because the rest are broken or Jet It still hasn't the maintenance bill. RUN from this place. I'll be surprised if their around for long.

Great group of co-workers, operations manager is great. Good resume builder for recent graduates

Cons

Too many owners, not enough aircraft. Try to use the Honda jets like they’re G450s. Upper management across all departments not on the same page. Client experience management demanding trips be on time despite operational capacity. Credit cards always declining, FBOs refusing to service aircraft because of outstanding invoices. Aircraft sitting in MX hangars because of outstanding invoices. Entry level pay in operations is horrible for the responsibility you have. Non existent career growth plan
