No Career Growth - Bad Work Environment - Anonymous employee Jibe Employee Review

Jibe was one of the worst career decisions I have made. As an employee I worked countless hours, and dedicated myself to my job and the company. Too many of the leaders were clueless and did not appreciate their employees. We were put in situations where we had to lie to the clients about products that were over sold. There were many people there who worked very hard, and were constantly looked over for promotions (particularly women). Instead they were buried by newly hired managers that could not and did not help. They have/had talented people that are either leaving on their own or being let go due to lay offs.
