The people who work here in non management roles are generally really great Quirky office and casual atmosphere (well there used to be) CEO is passionate, but slightly out of touch with the negatives that are happening
Cons
Latest new management in Services are terrible, couldn’t care less about people and treat staff like they are cockroaches - most people live day to day fearing for their job. New management are great if you are a friend of theirs though, so many good staff have “decided to leave” only to be replaced by friends of management. All opportunity has disappeared and so many people are at the end of their tether with it. Since the new management came in long term members of staff are wanting to leave which will ultimately cause it all to fall apart - as they are the people holding it together. Lots of posturing from senior management who are in endless meetings and only come out to assert their authority. Changes at senior management level in past couple of years have been nothing but bad.
