      Pros

      High salary, good canteen, good teammates

      Cons

      Old school vision. Hierarchy is present, managers are not qualified and not open minded, most of them are are scared to develop concepts out of their scope. The decision maker who is also one of the founders doesn’t delegate. Nowadays it’s impossible for Jimdo to be part of the game.

      Pros

      Jimdo is a place filled with talented, dedicated people who are myopically focused on achieving their mission of helping their customers be successful. If you're a person looking to learn new skills, take on additional responsibility, be challenged by complex projects and develop your career, this is THE place for you to be. Additionally, Jimdo is incredibly flexible and treats their employees like humans, values diversity, asks for employee's opinions, is super transparent and invests in their employee's development.

      Cons

      Jimdo is in a period of transition and change (almost all for the better). However, you have to know that, and want that. As examples, policies evolve, new people are hired, new products are always launched, tests occur constantly, etc. If you are looking for a place that will allow you to skate by without hard work, this is NOT the place for you.
