      Bad Management , some bad and lazy TL, crazy line speed under 50 sec tact time on some stations , not willing listen to concerns of employees, making some job difficult to do

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
