Pros
Salary is always on time. Good opportunity to learn how to deal with difficult personalities.
Cons
No clear policy on the annual salary incriment, which is always below the inflation rate, and had recently been put on hold "due to the current market situation". No career path. Promotions don't happen within, the leaders are almost always external hires. Very difficult and unrealistic executive team. The company officially have 50 hour work weeks, and they expect you to stay in late without getting any overtime pay. You will find ethics and values... on posters only.
