      good work life balance, good distribution of work, good team work, employee benefits are good , good internal system, paperless practice

      Cons

      No office seats , insufficient training support, clear promotion plan, clear standard of performance review, more annual leave, do not cut off Annual leave every year

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
