      Good people who want to get things done. Typical large company benefits. Stability of a 100+ year old company.

      Cons

      Executive leadership less connected to the customer. Revolving door of CEOs recently. Low risk tolerance to grow the top line so constant cutting to reduce costs.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
