      Pay is commensurate with industry standards. Benefits are fairly good. Ongoing training is available.

      Cons

      Way too many conference calls that waste everyone's time. No work/life balance. Management expects employees to work 24 hours a day, if necessary, to meet their unreasonable expectations.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
