Pros

Company pays fair wages and helps the community.

Cons

Company states that they believe in diversity and inclusion but these are lies! People of different races are placed in "expect position". An example is a person from India placed in IT department and not allowed to move to other departments because they are perceived as technical talent only by upper management. This example shows that the company is not allowing diversity to exist! Johnson Controls allows inequality within its company. A perfect example is when they allow recent college grads to enter a department and move into a higher position regardless of experience. This is unfair to experienced employees that current work in the department. These recent grads are allow to move into higher positions even though they have not been employed in the company a year! JCI policy states that you must be in a position for a year before being considered for a promotion. These examples are allowed within the company because managers change the rules to fit their agenda.....not the company's goals.
