No one will question you as long as you get your work done on time or well before time with minimum to no bugs and maintain a good rapport with the client. Great place to kickoff your career. Amazing salary hike (> 50%) when promoted from GET to Developer I. If you want a job with decent salary and minimum workload, this is the place.
Cons
Annual salary hikes are lesser than competitions. (~3-7%) Mon-Thurs, formals. (Slightly relaxed at present due to hybrid hours). Growth might stagnate over time. If you want to challenge yourself, look for more opportunities elsewhere.
