Horrendous workload, plan to work on your PTO even after a major surgery. There's no back up coverage plan and management does not understand when you really need a break from the high stress or need to pick up and babysit a sick child or have dinner plans.
Leadership never worked in our roles and they keep bringing in outside people without experience in our role so we have to teach the coach. People who have the senior analyst role are stuck and can't get into new roles.
