Pros
Depending on your schedule, they tend to work with your life's needs. Reasonable pay, lots of overtime opportunities that you are expected to take---so be prepared to work like crazy. With that being said, if they need you to drop everything at a moment's notice, you MUST be ready to comply. Great benefits considering they are technically a "mom and pop" company.
Cons
Management provides no sense of direction, shares no goals, and "flies by the seat of their pants". Lack of management will be the downfall of this company.
