Friendly and down to earth directors. I had several area managers during my time at Pavers family, apart from one, they were all super friendly and supportive. Helpful team at head office, Helpful and professional HR team. Lovely customers.
Cons
A lot of tasking which is only due to the nature of the job. For every single customer you’ll need to climb lots of stairs and during recall periods and when receiving new season products, you’ll need to climb the stairs numerous times. The breaks are also too short.
