First and foremost, we take confidentiality agreements seriously, and publicly disclosing client information is a breach both of (i) non-disclosure terms in our employment agreements and (ii) confidentiality terms in our agreements with customers. We expect all employees, past and present, to uphold these commitments. Moreover, the description of events is inaccurate and potentially actionable. We request that you take down the client information immediately.
Regarding the claims made about the employment situation, we want to emphasize that personnel decisions are made based on performance, conduct, and the needs of the business. The suggestion that an individual was hired solely to resolve technical debt and was then dismissed is an oversimplification and misrepresentation of the circumstances. Additionally, we do not condone workplace gossip or "badmouthing" employees behind their backs, and we encourage open and professional communication within our teams.
