Pros
Liked working with the kids and their families, salary with benefits were available, provided CEU opportunities, Large facility, interns they choose are always amazing
Cons
-Toxic, fear-based work environment stemming from CEO -Lies told to pit various teams (therapist, admin, billing) against each other; lies are spread about former employees to create scapegoats for issues the executive team are actually responsible for-very unprofessional -Protocols always changing with no announcement and no track changes on digital copy. When you ask about protocol changes, you are gaslit that the protocol was always that way. Constantly need to be screenshotting information to catch executive members being untruthful -Decreased flexibility of taking personal time off -Decreased time for document writeups -Decreased overall control of schedule; micromanagement of your schedule -Decreased mentorship and support because all clinical management staff has left -Will be given interns without your consent or confirmation; intern program is always horribly mismanaged and expectations are never communicated before hand - Turnover is high (burnout is common due to all above reasons) and when people leave, positions are often combined. Staff are asked to do more with no changes in pay and little to no recognition from higher management -WISE Management principles (Survival strategies, inc) are used
