Some nice people. Not too many meetings. Things move quickly

Just a complete mess really: No real product to speak of (which is not to disparage the work done by a few talented developers). Obsession with hype and PR but no effort to earn that hype by actually doing something interesting. Very high employee turnover. Strategy and entire business model change on a whim. People who don't hold any official role in the company are involved in every decision. Every one of these problems is excused away by "this is a startup" even though (1) it's not really a tech startup as there is no tech - it's a recruitment agency with a website; and (2) other early stage startups are not this chaotic and mismanaged. Company espouses platitudes about diversity but the team is the least diverse I've ever seen. Questionable business model.

The mission makes it easier to get out of bed in the morning, and it's not just a means to a financial end. Team are all very impressive. Practice what they preach viz flexible working which is a bit of a revelation, to be honest. Everything is much less stressful when you're treated like a grown-up.

I make my own goals (with some discussion) then I just have at it. It's rewarding but a bit daunting sometimes. If you're comfortable being intensively managed then you might find yourself out of that comfort zone with Juggle.
