Pros
I recently joined JB and I am very happy and proud working for JB. My team and my line manager are very professional and motivated, it is a very positive environment. Interaction with each other is personal, hearty and relaxed. I appreciate the flat hierarchy and the trust in me to bring in ideas.
Cons
Some of the offices are little outdated (furniture), but this will be changed soon. I sometimes miss MS Teams.
