      Pros

      Flexible working hours, a great office space, lunch provided 3x weekly. Diverse team of many nationalities.

      Cons

      There are two days a week without free lunch, so not really a con, but something had to be typed.

      Pros

      I like working at K15t Software, because I work for many international customers and learn many new things every day. Also, it's great to work with team that holds together like no team that I have worked with before.

      Cons

      Sometimes working at K15t Software is a bit challenging, because the company is growing, and this requires willingness to change, which feels sometimes a bit daunting.

Regarding your con: We try to give each of our employees the area of responsibility that particularly corresponds to their interests and abilities. We also want to encourage everyone to get out of their comfort zone on a regular basis and thus develop themselves further.
