Pros
It's a really interesting place to work with new technologies and systems. Most of the staff are friendly and good to work with. From an HR perspective they look after their employees and the additional benefits are good.
Cons
There's an open secret throughout the firm about how the CEO runs things. He started KAL and as it's grown he still runs it like it's a 20 person company.
