Pros
Strong curriculum and instruction, guaranteed to make sure students score well on test. They pay more than other schools but work you harder and longer so it technically balances out.
Cons
There is no effective behavioral support for students. No documented guidelines or protocols for teachers, they just go with whatever crosses their path. They only teach to test. Students run the school. They do what they want when they want and the students are aware of that. They claim to be restorative but no behavior or relationships are restored or corrected. When you ask for support they give you a book. Extremely long hours and heavy workload. The school is ran like a plantation. Not a comfortable or inviting workspace. Poor school culture for secondary levels. Not enough diversity in administrative positions. Parents are not required to do anything. The network doesn’t really care about the whole student only if they can pass a test and not get sued by parents. Will NEVER recommend to anyone.
