      - surprisingly bad attitude from local managements with no TRUST and RESPECT on working level colleagues - lack of e-commerce knowledge from management, poor decision making happens all the time - biased employee benefits across regional offices - generally an unfriendly working environment

      Snacks are provided, I could use day off by 30 minute which makes it more flexible to use for banking etc

      Management does not understand local office and do not pay attention to cultural differences
