      Pros

      Cutting edge technologies, On top of innovations & trends. Good exposure to challenging domains.

      Cons

      CTO abusing employees on calls. Mental health of the employees not prioritized AT ALL! God forbid if an opinion is shared that is not alignment with the Founding team! Highly toxic work culture that will gaslight you into believing you are the worst having no talent. HR providing lip service and sitting on the bylanes and mute spectators as verbal abuses to employees are hurled left, right and center.

      Pros

      Learning opportunities, growth, overtime perks, and project completion voucher, salary on time, decent salary, some managers are good, helpful seniors.

      Cons

      Will write few which can be helpful for new joiner. Work load is too high, So much variation in salary even having same experience, You will be forced to work overnight, over weekend, Toxic work culture and due to this all seniors and techies have left, They force junior developer to work like a lead.

      NO PROS. Not getting Salaries. People who got laid-off in Jan 2026, are not yet provided with FNF.

      Cons

      Salaries are pending from last 3 months. Feb2026 salary credited in last week or may2026. Management is not bothered about how indian team is manging personal finances. They haven't got any new cleint in last 4 years.
