      Mental health greatly suffered

      Pros

      Cutting edge technologies, On top of innovations & trends. Good exposure to challenging domains.

      Cons

      CTO abusing employees on calls. Mental health of the employees not prioritized AT ALL! God forbid if an opinion is shared that is not alignment with the Founding team! Highly toxic work culture that will gaslight you into believing you are the worst having no talent. HR providing lip service and sitting on the bylanes and mute spectators as verbal abuses to employees are hurled left, right and center.

      Pros

      Learning opportunities, growth, overtime perks, and project completion voucher, salary on time, decent salary, some managers are good, helpful seniors.

      Cons

      Will write few which can be helpful for new joiner. Work load is too high, So much variation in salary even having same experience, You will be forced to work overnight, over weekend, Toxic work culture and due to this all seniors and techies have left, They force junior developer to work like a lead.

      Pros

      The pay was decent (not as per industry standard but still) Salary on time. The concept is great (Though the platform is awful)

      Cons

      The HR team is delusional (They removed all 1-star reviews from Glassdoor) All the talented pool of developers from the team is already leaving because of the current toxic work environment. Be ready to work like a slave, I am talking about weekends too. The manager doesn't know that you're involved in multiple projects CTO and higher management have a know-it-all attitude Outdated tech stack and they're reluctant to change it anytime soon.
