Enormous sales pressure, no support from installation team..for every sales order and its after sales support, the concerned sales executive is responsible whether its the installation fault or anyone's else, sales person is responsible for everything. Apart from sales pressure, sales people are responsible for collection, drawing approval, ratings, handover etc etc..
