Pros
Friendly office staff. It has a possibility to be a good place to work for (if they structure and set procedures in place)
Cons
No office structure, lots of office politics to deal with and no direction nor training available for new employees. They have a (huge) turn over. In the few days I was there I noticed people being "Fired & Hired" There are some top Executives that are rarely seen. I thought they would be the ones running the decisions and have an overall office goal, however they were very much disengage.
