Pros
Good culture, friendly colleagues, very stable business development & open-minded & nice management. Supervisors are nice and willing to provide opportunities. Actually a good MNC. Very regret to have resigned and left the company.
Cons
Good frontline technicians left for competitors due to better offer. Difficult to rehire experienced technicians at once. So workload for current technicians becomes heavier and finally cause to leave. Annual leave entitlement can be improved.
