1) Business perfomance declining rapidly over the last 6 months. Business not sustainable long term. 2) Once high morale has degraded substantially over the past 6 months. 3) Much of management has little direction and poor credibility with staff and customers. 4) Many long-serving, highly-skilled and effective staff have left the firm over the last year. 5) Once an industry leader, now a laggard. Really sad to see happen. 6) Most employees are now "going through the motions" and have little confidence in the firm.
