      Pros

      Good off time (depending on your position) Decent health care Owner is a great guy (though you rarely ever see him) That's about all I can possibly think of

      Cons

      Bad management Too many schedule changes Horrible working environment No opportunity to advance Don't get holidays off (at least in my position) Can feel lonely (especially if working night shift) Haphazard mindset

      Pros

      The employees, particularly management and office staff, seem like family. The company offers some of the highest salary positions for the small town and are very involved in the local community. They are always investing in new technology and equipment which usually means jobs.

      Cons

      It's a large company that offers limited benefits. Insurance is high, no match 401k.
