Pros
Not much is a pro here unless you are in the "in crowd" of past tenured employees. If you are a newbie, this is the worst place to be. KW is the epitome and example of "if you know someone you get what you want."
Cons
So many to list, the promise you the world and then you start and there is endless experiences at properties and the corporate office of discriminations. Worst part is if you complain, the Exec team and HR team will find the best way for you to be terminated and their Legal team in is cahoots with them too. Basically all the Exec team is partners in the company so they all have a monetary interest in what happens and what they do. Will be interesting to see what happens with the new company Ovedo. KW is all about the money and not the employees, unless you are in the "in crowd." Employees were promoted last year before the company was able to see all the financials. People were promoted with no experience and titles were created for them so they new company could not say no. It was very hush hush, no formal announcements or anything, all of the sudden titles were changed in their emails. When your team is so disorganized and lacks communication there is a problem.
