Pros
I have been working for Kamma for over a year now, and I love the versatility of my job and the encouragement and support to own projects. The team is always supportive if you want help trying a new tool or solving a problem, but the management also gives the opportunity to try things your way and truly feel ownership for what you do.
Cons
I don't have any disadvantages but as is with any scale up company, you should be able to adapt to change and wear many hats. For me, this is a huge positive, but for some people it can be a challenge to come up with fresh and innovative ways to deal with road blocks.
