Previous owners took well care of their employers. You were treated like family.

After the company sold to Constellation Software, and put Lumine as the parent company, all the corporation wanted to do was minimize the number of people to make it look as if the company was doing great finanically. When all acutality, they are shedding people by truck loads. I can't see this company lasting more than 5 years.

Onboarding is not very good. Lack of documentation. Getting asistance is difficult.
