Pros
Previous owners took well care of their employers. You were treated like family.
Cons
After the company sold to Constellation Software, and put Lumine as the parent company, all the corporation wanted to do was minimize the number of people to make it look as if the company was doing great finanically. When all acutality, they are shedding people by truck loads. I can't see this company lasting more than 5 years.

Pros
Very laid back environment with a great work culture. Getting time off is never an issue, and never had any harsh deadlines. Overall a great place to work. Growth is rapidly increasing post acquisition making more advancement possible. New parent company prefers to promote from within.
Cons
At first it seemed like there wasn't a clear path forward, however that has started to change. Just have faith.
