Pros
Sometimes bonuses if the higher ups say so (which are heavily taxed nevertheless) & Working from home but that’s about it
Cons
Bad salary which is not competitive for the market or workload expected. Bad management with intensely corporate attitudes putting the business before people, always seems to be the sheepish voiceless favourites who are rewarded where freedom of sharing ideas outside of the box are prohibited. Majority of managers are either robotically militant or dashing around aimless with seemingly no balanced approach between the two. Managers take no accountability or responsibility for mistakes made and time wasted on their end. No care for the well-being of lower employees in terms of illness or impacted bad mental health, despite it occurring with employees constantly. Forced away days which are sometimes days long in difficult locations, with no option to opt out.
