Kaplan went from Test Prep to Higher Education (University and Colleges) and back to Test Prep after closing their entire Higher Education sector. Current Test Prep product not what it once was. The term "dynamic company" was used a lot, but ultimately meant change was constant but won't learn from mistakes.
