Great pay- higher than most similar companies. Great management who you can get a hold of anytime you need.

Understaffed at times. Insurance could be cheaper.

Administrators, schedule was often done incorrectly with days off scheduled to work, etc. mostly the administration was the biggest con of this facility- their attitudes towards CNA's were often condescending and rude.
