      Pros

      Lots of room to grow some very strong mentors and supportive people that truly care Very valuable experience and a great place to grow professionally. It is a very exciting time with all changes at the C-Suite level and definitely feels like the company is moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Very little transparency on equity and how to get it. Kaseya is commonly described as a "golden trampoline" a place where you start your tech career and use it to go somewhere else. It has this reputation because overall compensation is lower then competitors and other tech SaaS companies. It can be frustrating to work somewhere with long hours, the chaos, high stress and lower then market rate compensation plans. I've seen high turnover with many departments because of this.
