      Pros

      I had a great team.Great managers enjoyed the environment, at least on the team.I was in.

      Cons

      I signed a contract guaranteeing me 35 leads. After 6 months, I only had about 3 accounts sold into one and was terminated. And let go due to lack of performance, even though we were promised, leads, and I tried to generate self generation opportunities. They're more focused on bringing people in than actually providing an opportunity to make money
