Pros
Katapult is the perfect place for recent college graduates seeking assistance in entering the job market. They work with you in applying your skill set to different occupations based on the companies they partner with. This can be a downside if your focus is on entering a particular field. At the end of the day, their mission is to employ you and they do just that. Katapult also coaches you on how to be an employable professional (e.g., attire, demeanor, etc). They understand that every interview is unique and prepare you for each one by explaining the structure and telling you about the interviewer. I liked that they tell you what type of candidate the employer is looking for because it gives you an insight on which of your skills/abilities to capitalize on during the interview. Overall it was a great experience and a great way to get your foot in the corporate door!

You might not get the type of job you're looking for, but Katapult is very understanding and works with you to find the most suitable jobs based on your experience, skills, expectations etc.
