Pros
ESOP bonuses, great culture, good benefits, 401K. Ability to grow within the company, tuition reimbursement and scholarships.
Cons
If there is bad management or supervisors, they will not last, except for the warehouse supervisors. WH supervisors need more training and to keep things with their associates completely business. As of 6/22, a new HR supervisor would be great too, someone that treats her employees with dignity and respect and not make associates feel like they are a bother. This is for the Texas warehouses only.
