Pros
Conservative company, job stability, somewhat innovative, good career tracking. Tremendous loyalty to employees - the company really does take care of its people. Not much micro-management - there is an inherent trust by management to the field. Kelly is willing to incur expense if it is justified and a return on that expense can be predicted. Most Kelly employees seem to be really good people.
Cons
Not a proactive organization, too conservative, not a tech-forward company, disconnect between corporate HQ and the field. Benefits are not great - insurance is expensive and there is no matching on 401k plans. Supplemental life insurance is generous. Minimal vacation allotment.
