Disappointing Experience as a Recruiter at Kelly Engineering - Engineering Recruiter Kelly Employee Review

As a former recruiter at Kelly Engineering, I want to share my experience working for this company. Unfortunately, my time at Kelly Engineering was not a positive one. One of the biggest challenges I faced was a lack of support and resources to do my job effectively. As a recruiter, I needed access to the right tools and information to source and screen candidates, but these were not provided to me. Additionally, I found myself spending hours in meaningless meetings that did not contribute to my productivity or the success of the company. Despite my efforts to voice my concerns and seek support from my superiors, my experience as a recruiter at Kelly Engineering was ultimately disappointing. While I appreciated the opportunity to work in a recruiting role, the lack of support and resources made it difficult to achieve success in this role. Overall, I would caution other recruiters who are considering working at Kelly Engineering or Kelly Services. While the company may have its strengths, my personal experience was not a positive one.
