Pros
Good environment in office, team setting, friendly, decent training. Promote from within, especially the entry level staff. Plenty of opportunities for newer apprentices.
Cons
Terrible salary for work put in, doesn't matter if you are the hardest working in the department you will receive as much pay as the laziest. Outsourcing work to office in India because they are too cheap to pay UK staff. Favouritism from management to internal staff, progression dependent on personal relationship and people willing to suck up to managers.
