Pros

You'll quickly be able to gain experience and network with vendors/clients that will set you up well for future career opportunities.

Cons

Working at kepler for as long as I did is one of my biggest regrets as a professional. I fooled myself into believing that leadership cared about me because they said all of the right things, but the reality at Kepler is that your're either in or you're out. People that are "in" are allowed to get away with just about anything and people that are "out" will never be treated fairly. I've seen people pushed to the point of tears because of the way they're treated, but then have to watch the person responsible get a promotion. You may get lucky with a good manager that can protect you from some of this, but if you're considering working here just know that a big part of being successful will be working your ability to make friends with the right people.

Pros

Kepler has some of the best operational processes I’ve experienced in my media career. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, which allows individuals and teams to stay focused and accountable. This structure leads to smooth handoffs, efficient collaboration, and strong QA across campaigns. The environment supports high-quality work and makes it easier to scale performance without unnecessary friction.

Cons

The structured nature of the organization may feel rigid at times for those who prefer a more flexible or less process-driven environment but for those who love it this would be considered a pro.
