If you think Kewill is a MNC specially being in India . You are totally wrong as there is no standards or policies laid down in practice . Employees being treated badly during the service and post exit also for settlements . I have worked in Leading brands in the Globe but never seen such baf attitude folks in HR team who are expected to be generous . Kewill HR team is characterised by EGO , Head weight and in equal treatment of employess If you have friends in HR team than you will get good treatment. If you are job less and not getting any offer than you can think of joining.
