Key Mechanical really cares about it's employees and works hard to make sure everyone has an opportunity to excel. The leadership spends a lot of time making sure they take care of both employees and customers, and making it right when something goes wrong.

Some growing pains, communication can be difficult at times.

Union shop (wages and benefits).

Very poor management. Very poor communication. Very poor dispatching and triaging of service calls. Very understaffed for the service area / coverage.
