Pros
This is a great company, and one where I can be a successful sales exec and still maintain a high ethical standard. My compensation is generally fair, and there's definitely a culture of hiring the right people and letting them do their job. They also invest a lot in continuous training and education.
Cons
Being a "new" company, there's a push for outsized growth to become the norm. The investment in the infrastructure isn't necessarily keeping pace with the growth, and I feel my organization beginning to creak and crack under the pressure and workload.
