Kinetix will suck the life out of you. There is no work life balance unless you are non-technical and are part of management. Take a look around at the employees and you will notice that there are little to no employees with families. Your family and friends will no longer know you. The ability to reply to a text from your friend? Yeah, goodbye. Your mom texted you to tell you something important? Oh, oops.. I didn't see your text for 2 days. Your friends and family will wonder what happened to you. The "team" meetings that happen two to three times a week with a catered lunch is a means to keep you inside the building to keep on working. Ask anybody who works there how often they leave the building to go out to eat lunch. I can count the number of times that I've actually left the building out to eat lunch on one hand the whole time I've been there. (Going to the café downstairs does not count as going out to lunch). Management solicits feedback from employees only to do nothing about it. There are people in management roles that have no reason being in management. Employees will cheer for you when you still come in to work after a week of being there like its such a great achievement, because it really is. Many positive reviews that are posted here are due to "Cases" being open in the employees' queue telling them to place a review on Glassdoor. Who wants to put a real review if you’re still an employee here? Management will search for the person who places a negative review here.
