Pros
There are a couple pros to working at King (see below), but that's taking into account that they don't make you redundant within your first year to be able to actually use them.
Cons
Job security - If you're the type of person who likes to know that your hard work is valued and that your job will be there in six months, King is not for you. Once going through the laughably long interview process, and you finally get hired, you think, "Wow, this is a company I can't wait to work for." That's until your role gets made redundant a mear months after they bringing in multiple new hires. Corporate perks - My best advice? Any comment before 23/02/2016, ignore it! Those were the holy grail days of King before they got squired by Activision Blizzard. Kingfomarket? Down to once a year (and probably never come 2018). 100% Bonus payment? HA. Team offsites to great locations? You're lucky if you get one held outside the office building. Bonus - 100% "guaranteed" bonus? Yeah, good luck. All this while getting underpaid in your base with the promise of a bonus. Do yourself a favour and get a job who's base salary pays the bills.
