Inexperience and naivety driving a terribly flavoured version of 'Digital Experience' - Design Lead Kingfisher Employee Review

Glaring lack of senior/management level experience in real world digital strategy causes confusing and often misleading direction. Blind refusal to accept anything other than repackaging e-commerce strategy as a catalyst to success results in stale work at a production level. Innate fear of change means digital innovation isn't nurtured, resulting in wasted time and more importantly, wasted talent on a sobering level. Morale among the real talent is at rock bottom as a result of the above. Insular culture among senior-management, creating an impasse of naivety and resistance in the face of anyone proposing unfamiliar solutions.
